Sydney celebrates NYE with Indian cricketers at Ivy

 

It was an evening that everyone will remember. Spending a night with their favourite sport stars of India!

Lots of excitement and booze mixed with Bollywood organised by Raj Khanna and his Bollywood Club. His club fans come in hordes but this night was special when the cricketers all joined in the fun. If there were fireworks in the skies then they were equally down there at Ivy with crowds going crazy.

It was a pleasant surprise when the Indian cricket team walked in during the New Year’s celebration at Ivy proudly presented by Bollywood Club. The party hosted by entrepreneur Raj Khanna saw Indian cricket legends including Suresh Raina, Ishant Sharma, Ashwin Ravi, Rahul Lokesh,Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Rohit Sharma. Captain Virat Kohli and Bollywood Actress Anushka Sharma also came, but left, as they wanted to keep it quiet.

Raj Khanna’s Bollywood Club has formed an exclusive group of party-goers with a strict ‘by invitation only’ entry policy.

“We were truly thrilled to be partying with the Indian cricket team, what a way to start the New Year. The players had a great time. And of course they will have a successful season ahead.” said the enthusiastic Raj Khanna, entrepreneur and owner of Bollywood Club.

The players celebrated the countdown to the New Year with champagne and danced to the latest Bollywood tracks. Clearly this New Year surprise will not be forgotten for a long time to come.
