Woolworths Petrol offers customers up to 14c a litre off fuel

 

Wednesday, 7 January 2014: Woolworths Petrol has today announced a new limited time petrol discount offer that will see customers offered up to 14c a litre off their fuel price.

Petrol prices have already fallen with the drop in world oil prices to levels not seen for around six years. With the discount at some service stations this could mean fuel prices under a dollar a litre.

Customers will receive 10c a litre off the fuel price for spending just $10 in store at participating Caltex/Woolworths fuel outlets. They can also separately receive 4c a litre off by spending $30 or more in a Woolworths supermarket. If combined, the discount is 14c a litre.

Woolworths Petrol General Manager, Michael James, said, “This is a great offer for our customers. All they need to do is pick up a few everyday items in the convenience store and they’ll be able to get the 10c a litre discount. If they shop at Woolworths supermarkets as well then they’ll get an even greater saving.

“We always strive to have competitive fuel prices in every market we operate and this discount is on top of that. It’s our customers who are the winners with some great prices on fuel, a great discount, and a convenient place to pick up some essentials,” he said.
