Synopsis: Brothers is a story of two estranged siblings, older brother David Fernandes (Akshay Kumar) and younger brother Monty Fernandes (Sidharth Malhotra) and their father Gary Fernandes (Jackie Shroff) After a tumultuous childhood, David choses the righteous path and steers himself as far away from his father’s fighting, alcoholic lifestyle as possible, and becomes a Physics teacher. He finds happiness with his wife, Jenny David (Jacqueline Fernandes) and their daughter, until tragedy strikes again. They discover that their daughter has weak kidneys since birth and it will cost a lot more than a school teacher’s salary to treat her. So David turns to the only other thing he knows how to do, and will let him keep his daughter alive and healthy – he becomes a fighter. Against Jenny’s wishes, David decides to quit his job and become a full-time fighter, training ruthlessly and constantly. He fights his way to the top of the game and is recognised in the fighting world as one of the best.

Meanwhile, Monty, who chose to follow his father’s footsteps, has lived a life on the edge of trouble. After their father is released from jail, Monty takes him in and takes care of him. When Gary (Jackie Shroff).  Seeing David’s success in the fighting world, Monty decides that he is no longer going to live in the shadow of his great brother, David.  He trains vigorously under his father, who helps him become a great fighter like he himself once used to be.

After the two brothers fight their way up the ranks, they are both chosen to fight in the ultimate showdown. This fight will determine whether years of hatred has been able to break their bond of brotherhood, or if it is, in fact, as strong as ever.

Synopsis:
Phantom is a political thriller set in the volatile climate that exists in South Asia. Constant terror attacks against India have left the Indian people feeling vulnerable and angry. The Indian government and security agencies are helpless as the masterminds of the attacks are out of reach. When an infiltrator with plans to attack India is caught, the Head of India’s security agency and his team take matters into their own hands. The film follows the protagonist Daniyal, whose journey to seek justice takes him to India, Europe, America and the volatile Middle East. Local assets in various countries help Daniyal, including Nawaz Mistry who works for an American security agency. Daniyal and Nawaz are drawn into a battle of wits with a shrewd and ruthless enemy. With the enemy hot on their heels, Daniyal and Nawaz against all odds try and finish the job they had set out to do. Along the way they find out that in a mission like this there is always a price to pay, in this case a very personal price.
