Priyanka Chopra who has now turned into an international star has added yet another feather to her hat. Along with her recent win at People’s Choice Awards as well as her hosting stint at the Oscars, Priyanka will now also be a part of the Hollywood film titled Baywatch.

Also starring Dwayne Johson (fondly known as The Rock) and ZacEfron of High School Musical fame, the former announced the news on his Instagram page saying, “She’s one of the biggest stars in the world. Insanely talented, relentlessly smokin’ and extremely dangerous – perfect for #BAYWATCH. Welcome @PriyankaChopra to our bad ass and slightly dysfunctional family. Cue RATED R slo-mo running on the beach. We start shooting next week. World..#WelcomeToBaywatch.” Responding to his post, Priyanka too took to Instagram saying, “And it’s time to tell u all officially!! #Baywatch it is @therock ! Being Bad is what I do best!!! U better watch out!!” Written by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift and directed by Seth Gordon, Paramount’s Baywatch is said to have Priyanka Chopra in a negative role. The film is said to be based on the lives of lifeguards, similar to the series which was aired in the 90s by the same name.

On the Bollywood front, Priyanka Chopra will be soon seen as a police officer in the upcoming directorial of Prakash Jha, Jai Gangaajal, a sequel to the Ajay Devgn starrer Gangaajal.
