YUGPURUSH highlights the values of expanding one’s capacity to love and give selflessly, respecting diversity, supporting truth, fostering trust, and building lasting communities. It brings to the forefront a powerful experience of looking within, upholding truth and fearlessness, as well as transforming character and consciousness.

YUGPURUSH ”“ THE PURPOSE YUGPURUSH has been created with a two-fold initiative:

  1. Spread values of truth and non-violence in society.

The world today is mired in mindless acts of violence and hatred, with human values declining by the day. When we add the problems of poverty, unemployment, health ailments, illiteracy etc. to this situation, it makes us realise that the world needs a healing touch, a touch of love and care spanning across several areas.

  1. Support the construction of a charity hospital.

The mission is currently running ISO-9001 certified 75-bed hospital in a small town called Dharampur in Western Indian State, Gujarat. The hospital provides in-patient medical, surgical, orthopaedic, obstetrics and gynaecology services including Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The hospital occupancy rate is 140% with 12 babies being treated in a 9-bed NICU. Regional centres have recognised the quality of care provided at the hospital and as a result have referred patients. The hospital has won numerous national awards recognizing its services to the one of the most underprivileged and tribal areas of India. The mission plans to construct a 200-bed multispecialty hospital. The new hospital will expand its current services and introduce new facilities including a regional dialysis centre, adult Intensive Care Unit, CT scan services, occupational therapy services to the disabled and outreach mobile medical units to the most remote regions of the state. All the surplus proceeds from the YUGPURUSH will support the construction of this hospital.
