NSCA extends condolences to the bereaved families of Christchurch Mosque killings

National Sikh Council Of Australia (NSCA) was shocked to hear the   news of the terrorist attack on two Mosques in the Christchurch city of New Zealand   today, killing 49   innocent devotees     and injuring many seriously.

Places of prayers are supposed to be safe, but no more, and we have to be vigilant to protect ourselves. This act of  terrorism has  shook the foundations of the civil society, as this was not just an attack on the Muslims ,  rather it was an attack on all people of faith  and must be condemned by all people.    

National Sikh Council Of Australia is  stunned by the incident and condemns this horrendous, inhuman, coldblooded terrorist attack on  innocent  devotees. Our hearts go with the families of the victims and we extend our sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims.

Three men believed to have been involved in in the attack are in police custody
