Ganesh Visarjan at Sri Venketeswara Temple Helensburgh on September 8

“Shuklaambara Dharam Vishnum, Shashi Varnam Chatur Bhujam
Prasanna Vadanam Dhyaayet, Sarva Vighna Upashaanthaye”

Lord Ganesha always dressed in white represents purity. He is omnipresent with grey complexion like that of ash glowing with spiritual splendour. I meditate on the God who can destroy all obstacles in the material or spiritual path.

As in the past years, Ganesh Visarjan is being celebrated at SVT with a day long festivities comprising rituals, procession of deities around the Temple premises, cultural activities / entertainment and Visarjan of Clay Ganesha idol in the ocean at Stanwell Park beach.
