Band Baaja brings beautiful music of yesteryears

Band Baaja group entertained Sydney seniors of Indian Seniors Hornsby group on June 19 at Epping Seniors Leisure and Learning Centre, The show ‘Golden Memories’ was hosted by the famous Sydney poetess Mrs Rekha Rajvanshi. The band was led by Vinod Rajput with accompanying musicians with Surinder on Tabla, Gamini on Percussions, Ranga on Guitar, Sharat on HawaiiianGuitar and Vinod Rajput himself on Harmonium. The singers were Sunanda, Lata, Shobha, Suhas, Kedar, Muhsin and Vinod who sang Manna De’s ‘Kaun aaya mere man ke dware’. Other highlights were Suhas Mahajan’s ‘Chudhanvi Ka Chand Ho’ and Sunanda Sharma’s ‘Thandi Hawayein’. UIA’s former president Aruna Chandrala sang ‘Man Dole’.
Vinod Rajput has diligently worked hard and has entertained Sydney community and seniors with his music and has now formed a successful band called the ‘Band Baaja’ group.
