Consul General of India invites all for a flag-hoisting ceremony on January 26 at 9am

 

Dear Friend,

 It gives me great pleasure to invite you to celebrate Republic Day (January 26) at my residence (No. 2, Pleasant Avenue, East Lindfield, Sydney, NSW 2070) from 0900hrs.

As in earlier years, there would be a flag hoisting ceremony, singing of the National Anthem and reading of the speech of the Hon. President of India.

As I do not have contact details of all Indians or persons of Indian origin, I look forward to your assistance in getting the word out, to members of the Indian community, including Indian students, to come in large numbers, on this auspicious day.
