Winning Cannes doco ‘The Cinema Travellers’ now showing at Sydney film Festival

The Cinema Travellers, a Cannes winning documentary on the last travelling cinemas of India, a debut feature of Indian documentary film makers Shirley Abraham and Amit Madheshiya premiered at Cannes to glowing reviews and and having won the Special Jury Prize for L’Oeil d’or: Le Prix du documentaire is now showing at Sydney Film Festival for its Australian premiere.

It was one of the most talked about film at Cannes, widely acclaimed for its lyrical language and the poetry of its imagination. It is being celebrated as a treat for cinephiles around the world.
