Rishab Pant rises in Sydney harbour ‘This is the Big Time’ Campaign to promote ICC Men’s T20 World Cup (16 October – 13 November)

Sydneysiders will get to see a giant frame of Rishab Pant rise in the Sydney harbour in ‘This is the Big Time’ campaign promoting ICC T20 World Cup to be held in Australia from October 16 – 13 November, 2022

With less than 100 days-to-go until the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in Australia, the third and final instalment of the ‘This is the Big Time’ television campaign series has been released featuring India superstar, Rishabh Pant.
The larger-than-life concept matches the scale of the event, the largest global sporting event to be held in Australia this year, which will see 16 international teams compete across 45 matches in seven host cities between 16 October – 13 November.
Australia’s Glenn Maxwell and New Zealand captain Kane Williamson had already featured in earlier releases, where cricket’s heroes become larger than life, peering into skyscrapers and making the city streets tremble with their imposing size.
The latest instalment features Pant, the Indian wicket-keeper batter, emerging from the waters of the iconic Sydney Harbour to land in the city, with his giant frame towering at a height in line with the CBD skyscrapers.

Pant will be a headline act in the Indian team, who open their ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 campaign against Pakistan on Sunday 23 October at the MCG, a fixture where tickets sold out within five minutes of going on sale to the public.
Speaking about the release of the campaign, Rishabh Pant said, “Australia is a place where I have some very fond memories, so it’s very cool to see this story on Sydney Harbour come to life and be part of it.”
“The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in Australia is going to be a big event later this year. There’s so many teams that are in good form so there’s going to be a lot of exciting cricket and of course we hope that India can repeat the feats of the team in 2007 and win the World Cup again 15 years on.”
Fans can catch Pant, Maxwell, Williamson and all of global cricket’s biggest stars in the flesh across Australia, with tickets selling for as little as $5 for kids and $20 for adults. Due to anticipated demand for tickets, fans are encouraged to secure their seats today at tickets.t20worldcup.com.au
